Brighter Future Foundation

This is BFF's third year of Thingyan Festival and fund raising and we are overwhelmed by the support and number of people who joined us on the day. We would like to thank Mrs. Tilbury Davies of Great Shelford Memorial Hall, everyone who cooked different delicious food items, Dr. Okkar and Ms Julia Htay for being our masters of ceremony, Dr. U Kyi Toe & Ma Lwin for opening ceremony entertainment, U Min Lwin (London) for organising lively dance groups, Kai Page & May Thu, Sheffield dance group, Dr. Peter for sound system, Dr. Myo Lwin & Dr. Myo Myo Lynn for the projector. Our heartfelt thanks to staff at Friends' School, Saffron Walden for supporting us throughout the years in many ways. Last but not least, we would not have been where we are today without consistent help from our dear friends and families. Together, we raised >£6500 this year and every penny of it will be used towards healthcare needs in Myanmar.
