We have offered free diabetes care in Wachet hospital from the 7th of July to 10th of July 2013. A total of 270 patients were seen. Each patient was offered free blood tests (kidney functions, lipid profile, HbA1C, blood glucose, urine RE) and 1 week supply of medications. We would like to thank Sayadaw U Latkana, Dr. Robin Chan, Dr. Win Kyaing and all staffs in Wachet who have made our stay exceptionally homely and pleasant. This work would not have been accomplished without the kind help of our fantastic volunteer team - Dr. Moe Wint Aung, Dr. Ohn Myint, Dr. Thinn Thinn Hlaing, Dr. Khat Khat Myo, Dr. Zaw Myo Htet, Dr. Aung Phyoe Naing, Dr. Aye Thida Khaing, Dr. Ei Kay Khaing, Mr. Mra Page and Ms. Kai Page.
